360 Circuit Training
A fun and innovative group training class including cardiovascular and strength exercises for a full body workout. Synergy 360 stations include TRX training systems, cables, power pivot and more! Our instructor will provide motivation and monitor technique so everyone can get an efficient and effective workout. Space is limited. Drop ins if space permits.

The first half of this session is spent strengthening and toning muscles in the Fitness Centre. The last half of this session focuses on stretching and strengthening your core muscles.

An informative tour will be given and answers to questions about equipment and weight training will be provided. Wear something comfortable and try out the fitness equipment. Learn how you can start a personalized fitness program that will suit your needs.

529 Bike Lock
In partnership with Project 529, the Vancouver Police Department, City of Vancouver and Vancouver Park Board are piloting a free bike lock loaner program.
Abus bike locks will be available at Creekside, False Creek and Mount Pleasant community centres during operating hours as long as the customers have met the following conditions:
-have a OneCard with photo in ActiveNet
-signed a waiver
The lock and key must be returned within 24 hours in good condition.
