A series of community-engaged public art projects designed to bring creative connections to urban birds into the hands of Vancouver citizens.

Mount Pleasant Community Center is coming back to Mount Pleasant Park to bring the community a free, fun, family evening. The event will start at 6:00pm and there will be plenty of activities for all ages. Bring your Lawn chair, picnic blanket, and friends and family to enjoy our Giant Inflatable Movie screen. Movie is scheduled to begin at dusk. Come early to save your spot, and to enjoy FREE family activities. Fun for ALL AGES, no registration require.

529 Bike Lock
In partnership with Project 529, the Vancouver Police Department, City of Vancouver and Vancouver Park Board are piloting a free bike lock loaner program.
Abus bike locks will be available at Creekside, False Creek and Mount Pleasant community centres during operating hours as long as the customers have met the following conditions:
-have a OneCard with photo in ActiveNet
-signed a waiver
The lock and key must be returned within 24 hours in good condition.
