Bellydance conditioning and drills for dancers with
experience, minimum one year recommended. Strengthen, stretch and drill! We do a fun, hardcore workout for 30 min (not for the faint of heart), high intensity multi level drills for 30 min, and then a nice long, relaxing 15 min stretch. Experience required. Minimum one complete 7-10 week beginner course, preferably with Rahel, but min one year of experience preferred. Drop-in friendly (with experience). Students that are new to Rahel must watch some pre-recorded video prerequisite material before joining the class.The workout may incorporate body weight, isometrics, free weights and resistance bands, and will always utilize mind muscle connection. Equipment provided but it’s recommended to bring your own yoga mat for hygienic purposes. Bring a water bottle. Drop-Ins $22. No class Oct 11.
