Chair Yoga (18yrs+)
Instructor: Into Yoga
This class is beneficial for people with decreased mobility, pain/discomfort in the body, or simply want to experience a new way of doing Yoga. Safely receive all of the benefits of a traditional Yoga class (ease stiff muscles, increase flexibility, improve posture, and release stress) without having to get up and down from the floor. Chair Yoga is suitable for everyone. Drop in $16.

Yoga for All Bodies w/Drew (18yrs+)
Instructor: Drew Climie
We practice centering the mind and learn to move our bodies in ways that feel natural. We’ll use props to fit the poses to our bodies instead of trying to fit our bodies into the pose. Classes start with a grounding to bring focus to the mind, we’ll move in ways that stretch and strengthen the body, then close with breathwork and final relaxation. It is encouraged to bring your own equipment such as mats, blocks, straps, blankets, etc. (If required for the program). Registration only. No drop-ins.
