Check out our fitness centre that has a generous amount of fitness equipment, functional training space, designated stretching area and amenities that will meet the needs of everyone! To compliment all this, we have friendly, knowledgeable staff dedicated to instruct you how to exercise, use our equipment, and lead you to a healthier lifestyle.

Equipment Features

Cardio – treadmills, ellipticals, keiser bikes, upright bike, recumbent bike, rowing machines, and stair climbers.

Strength – Hammer Strength, Squat Eacks, Half Rack, and Life Fitness weight training machines, free weights and benches.

Core & Flexibility – Synergy 360, multi-jungle, functional training accessories.

Stretching area – mats Our fitness centre has a wide variety of exercise equipment: free weights, treadmills, ellipticals, bikes, stair climbers, selectorized weight machines and many balance/stability accessories. To complement this, we have friendly, knowledgeable staff dedicated to teaching you how to exercise and lead a healthy lifestyle!

Teens and the Fitness Centre

Are you between 13 and 16 years and want to learn how to use the fitness centre? Drop by the fitness centre and pick-up a parental consent form. Have it signed and call us for an appointment where you will work one-to-one with our fitness staff!

 

Personal Training

Improve your health and wellness with support from our qualified and experienced personal trainers. Our trainers will work with you to develop a customized fitness plan designed to meet your fitness goals and fit your busy schedule. Whether you are a beginner, overcoming a plateau, rehabilitating from an injury or looking for sport-specific workouts, our trainers will motivate and support you in each 1 hour session.

Admission to the fitness centre is not included in the personal training or semi private training services. Please purchase a drop in, 10 visit pass or monthly flexipass.

To book a session, please download and complete the Personal Training Package PDF here and a PAR-Q Form that best relates to you.
